By accessing or using Snap2pro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users of snap2pro.com.

Snap2pro is an AI-powered headshot generation service. You upload photos of yourself, select a package and styles, and our system generates professional-quality headshots using artificial intelligence. The resulting images are made available for download for 24 hours before being permanently deleted.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Snap2pro. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement. The Service is intended for personal and commercial use by individuals generating headshots of themselves.

By using Snap2pro, you agree that:

• You will only upload photos in which you are the sole or primary subject and have the right to use.
• You will not upload photos of other people without their explicit consent.
• You will not upload photos containing nudity, illegal content, or content that violates any third party's rights.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, misuse, or exploit the Service in any way.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the email address provided at checkout.

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment is charged at the time of checkout.

Your order is confirmed upon successful payment. We reserve the right to cancel orders that violate these terms.

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee within 7 days of your order if you are not satisfied with your results. To request a refund, contact us at support@snap2pro.com with your order ID.

Refunds are not available if the generated headshots were downloaded and used commercially prior to the refund request, or if the issue was caused by the quality of photos you uploaded (e.g. blurry, low-resolution, or obscured face).

Your photos: You retain full ownership of the photos you upload. By uploading them, you grant Snap2pro a limited, temporary licence to process them solely for the purpose of generating your headshots.

Generated headshots: Upon completed payment, you receive a full, royalty-free, commercial licence to use the AI-generated headshots for any lawful purpose, including LinkedIn profiles, resumes, websites, press kits, and marketing materials.

Our platform: All other intellectual property — including the Snap2pro brand, website, and technology — remains our exclusive property.

Your uploaded photos and generated results are automatically deleted 24 hours after your order completes. We do not use your photos to train AI models. For full details on data handling, please review our Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for high-quality results, AI-generated headshots may vary in quality depending on the photos you upload. We do not guarantee that the generated headshots will meet your expectations in every case.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party services (Stripe, fal.ai, Cloudflare, etc.) or internet connectivity issues.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Snap2pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

You may not use Snap2pro to:

• Generate headshots of other individuals without their consent.
• Create misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent identity materials.
• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Interfere with the security or integrity of the Service.
• Attempt to scrape, crawl, or automate access to the Service.

Violations may result in immediate termination of access and forfeiture of any refund rights.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice where possible. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration or the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
